Hello, and welcome to Rushmore!
To start enjoying all the benefits of our online services, we’ll need to set up your online account. This should only take a few minutes.
To keep this video open while you work, open a new tab or window and go to www.rushmorelm.com.
In the top, right corner click “Sign In.”
Click on “Set up New Account.”
This is the new user registration page. This is where you’ll set up your account and your login information.
The user name requirements are listed at the top of this page. If you’re having trouble creating a user name, be sure you’re not using your email address and you don’t have any special characters.
Your user name is case sensitive, so you’ll need to type it the same way each time you want to log in.
Password requirements are listed below the password input box. Please note, the requirements are different from your username, so read through the list before creating your password.
If you’re having trouble creating your password, make sure you’re not trying to use your username and that you do have at least one special character.
Fill in your loan and personal information, along with the three security questions, before clicking “Submit.” Your loan number can be found on any postal correspondence you’ve received from Rushmore Loan Management Services.
If your account isn’t populating, and your loan recently transferred to us, don’t worry. It usually takes 5-7 business days after your loan is transferred for your information to finish loading to the website, so you should have access to your account in a few days.
Once you’ve finished creating your login account, you’ll need to log out and log back in to save and activate your user information. You must complete this step to have full access to your account.
Once you’ve logged back in, you should have access to all of the online services Rushmore offers.
