Our auto draft payment option is easy to set up and convenient to use, and if you’re unable to set up your auto draft online, we offer a mail or fax option.
To keep this video open while you work, open a new tab or window and go to www.rushmorelm.com.
Once there, click on “Mortgage Information” and then “Documents” on the website menu.
On the documents page, click the ‘Automatic Payment Authorization’ link to download the PDF file.
To set up an automatic payment schedule using our mail or fax option, print the PDF and fill in the information as instructed on the form.
Mail the completed document to Rushmore, P.O. Box 55004, Irvine, CA 92619-2708, Attn: Customer Service Department.
Documents may also be faxed to 949-341-2242.
This form is only required if you are setting up automatic monthly payments by mail or fax. It is not required if you set up automatic payments on our website.
