In the top, right corner click “Sign In.”
On the next page, click “Continue to Sign In.”
This is the Rushmore Customer Care site. Once you log in you’ll be able to view your account information, make changes, and set up your payments.
Enter your user name and password in the appropriate boxes and click “Log in.”
On the menu bar, click “Payments.”
In the dropdown menu, click “Auto Draft Payment.”
If you already have an auto draft set up, you’ll be able to see it here.
To set up a new automatic payment schedule, or edit an existing auto draft, review the disclosure at the bottom of the page and click the box by “I Agree.”
Now click “Continue.”
Use the dropdown arrow under “Payment Effective Date” to select the month you’d like your automatic payments to begin.
“Draft Day” is the day your scheduled payment will draft from your account. You can set your payment to draft after your due date without a late fee as long as your scheduled payment occurs within your loan’s grace period.
Your minimum monthly payment is listed next to “Due Monthly.” This is the minimum amount that will draft from your bank account on your monthly due date.
You have the option of increasing your monthly payment and applying the additional funds directly to your loan’s principal. If you’d like to make an additional payment on the principal of your loan, enter the amount here.
If you entered an additional principal payment, you can click “Calculate Total” to see the total amount that will be drafted from your account.
When you’re finished, click “Next.”
If you already have your bank information saved to your account, you can choose to “Use existing account information.” If your bank information is not saved, or you’d like to use a different account, choose “Enter new account information” and fill in the appropriate fields.
If you need help locating your routing or checking account number, use the illustration on the right as a guide.
If you’re a Credit Union customer, the routing and account numbers on your checkbook may be different from those on your account, so you’ll need to verify your account information with your credit union.
When you’ve finished entering your information, click “Next.”
Please take a few moments to review the date, amount, and account information for your new auto draft. Once you’ve confirmed that everything is correct, check the box and click “Submit.”
