You will receive information regarding the current amount due, including principal, interest and any amounts escrowed for taxes and insurance. If there are any amounts past due, you will see the amount owed for payments, late charges, fees, etc. If you and Rushmore have agreed to a loss mitigation program, the information will be listed on the billing statement. If a foreclosure action has been filed against your property, the date the action was filed will be listed on your billing statement. Federal law requires that all of this information be provided to you on your billing statement.
